my little OEC...

I bought myself a little OEC off ebay as my birthday gift that is coming up. Pictures are from the vendor, I received the stone yesterday but I am having a hard time taking a clear shot of the stone. Waiting for my loupe to arrive so I can take clear shot of the stone.

Thats a pretty stone. Are you sure it's an OEC and not a transitional cut or something? I'm no diamond expert but I'm used to seeing the open culet in the OECs.

Will it be set in a ring?
