My Lightbox 1 carat reset into a Ring

I found a Lightbox 1 carat white pendant with a stone that I love. I have always liked the petite twisted vine mounting on Brilliant Earth’s site. I found a mounting in rose gold from an eBay seller that bought one (looks just like it) at an estate sale (he said the setting originally had a moissanite in it). The setting cost me $295 and the Lightbox 1 carat was $985. Here are some pictures.

This one was my fourth one. I almost kept the first one but I wanted a lighter color.

It looks really white and it sparkles a lot. I went in JC Penney’s after I picked it up and it was putting on a light show in their lighting. It has rainbow colors almost like moissanite but more lively/dancing than my moissanite rings. It has been cloudy so I have not seen it in bright sunlight yet. My jeweler said it was about 6.3 on width.

I had my jeweler order a blue topaz to put in the necklace. I had them Christmas gift wrap it for my daughter - otherwise I would show a picture of it. The blue topaz (including setting it) cost me $70. I told my jeweler I was stimulating the economy after lockdown and they said they appreciated it.

They only had yellow gold this last time and the stone looks really white to me. The first one I ordered and almost kept was white gold. Yes, the cuts varied slightly and the diamond color varied.
