My late Valentine Day gift

This is my last yellow to white gold project. The pendant is .25 carat I/SI2 originally bought from Blue Nile and now reset by Quest Jewelers with a new white gold singapore chain.

The chain style is called Singapore. It''s not actually from Singapore. Maybe the original design came from Singapore??? An expert knows??

The chain says it was made in Turkey so I guess it's not from Singapore. Oh well...

MissGotRocks, yes, this is my last white metal project. The only think left is for me to get my wedding band made and that won't be until May or June. I can hardly wait.

To answer you question I''m not sure but I think it is just the style. Funny thing is that this was the third chain that I picked because I couldn''t find a white gold chain that looked good against my skin color. I found that I needed something really shiney and delicate compared to a snake chain or cable chain. I had a yellow gold singapore chain for my pearl pendant and went looking for a white gold version and it was perfect!
