Yep. Some of that is tilt and some appears to be that the light source is stronger on that side.Date: 12/15/2009 4:07:27 PM

What about around the bottom edges? Looks like tilt too...
Answer 1, yes it is not exactly easy to get it perfectly aligned. WF isn't necessarly smarter, they most likely just spend more time and effort (and therefore, money) on their photography/imaging and it is reflected in their pricing. WF and JA have slightly different business models and they both appear to be working, so who am I to critisize. The slight tilt that routinely occurs is not really an issue when evaluating, so why complain about it? I would rather have a slightly tilted IS than none at all.Date: 12/15/2009 4:13:59 PM

Okay, I have to ask simply because I find it frustrating...
Is it really that hard to get a stone level in order to take a picture of it? Especially considering online diamonds are your business.
Is WF, for eg, that much smarter than [this vendor] that they can get this right 90% of the time whereas [this vendor] seems to get it right only 10%![]()
Lord I appoligize...
Diamonds are said to be tilted in images many times but it does not apply in all cases, however in this case it looks as if it does, should be a lovely diamond Staci.Date: 12/16/2009 2:37:15 AM
