I'm not an expert by any means, but my 2c -

It looks pretty good. Some leakage under the table - could be attributed to the tilt when the photo was taken, but 9:00 looks a little severe for that...?

Overall very good. The one spot of leakage @ 9 o''clock is probably not going to be visible IRL--it is small enough that normal human stereoscopic vision will make it seemingly disappear.

What about around the bottom edges? Looks like tilt too...

Yep. Some of that is tilt and some appears to be that the light source is stronger on that side.

Okay, I have to ask simply because I find it frustrating...
Is it really that hard to get a stone level in order to take a picture of it? Especially considering online diamonds are your business.
Is WF, for eg, that much smarter than [this vendor] that they can get this right 90% of the time whereas [this vendor] seems to get it right only 10%

Lord I apologize...

I REALLY don't mean this as a bash of an otherwise great vendor. I really do want to know. They spent a bunch of money upgrading their setup, which I have seen improvement, but is there some kind of diamond leveler they are missing?

Lord I appoligize...
Answer 1, yes it is not exactly easy to get it perfectly aligned. WF isn't necessarly smarter, they most likely just spend more time and effort (and therefore, money) on their photography/imaging and it is reflected in their pricing. WF and JA have slightly different business models and they both appear to be working, so who am I to critisize. The slight tilt that routinely occurs is not really an issue when evaluating, so why complain about it? I would rather have a slightly tilted IS than none at all.

Ditto.

Very good point - thanks

(just to clarify, I have never purchased from WF or have an interest - just named the site as a well known eg. there are others)

my diamond will arrive tonight.
im really nervous that it wont meet my expectation.
all i want right now is its color to be clear.
and i hope i wont see any yellowish color.

Congratulations Staci,
I am betting it will be beautiful and exceed your expectaions. Can''t wait to see the pictures on SMTR !!!
Ideal cut RBs face up whiter than their grade generally. What is the color grade of the stone?

Diamonds are said to be tilted in images many times but it does not apply in all cases, however in this case it looks as if it does, should be a lovely diamond Staci.
