I just got an email from my Mom that my Great Uncle is in cardiac arrest. The hospital revived him once and he is barely hanging on...

He hasn't been feeling well and was in the hospital all week.

The Dr.''s say he is holding on by a thread at the moment. If you could pray for him, that would be greatly appreciated.
 
We haven''t heard anything as of yet. They were going to take him off the respirator last night...

Oh deramgirl, so sorry to hear this news. I will be praying for a peaceful passing for your uncle with a minimum of pain, and his loved ones around him. I''m so sorry.
 
Thank you very much for the support. My Mom just emailed me to tell me that they actually just now took him off the respirator and he is struggling to breathe so now it''s only a matter of time...

My Uncle passed away last night.

But it was for the best given his situation. He will now be at peace...

Also, after that...my Great Aunt (his sister) started feeling ill and was taken downstairs to the emergency room where they admited her. We were all freaked out about that as well. Apparently she had a rough time with his passing (being the only sibling left.) They ran various tests on her and then gave her some medication where she was thereafter released and went with my Aunt to stay with her for the night. As far as I know, she will be ok.
