My grandmothers wedding band.

I have my grandmothers wedding band. Its a plain gold band that she wore with her engagement ring. It is hallmarked W G & S with a crown, 18, an anchor and P. Is this William Griffith and sons in Birmingham? It is 18k but I was wondering what the crown and P were. My grandparents were married in 1918 in Cork Ireland.

Can you take some pictures? Different crowns were used at different times, i believe.
