My Fun Diamond Stars!

I bought these diamond star earrings the other week, because I liked them and they were on sale! They were $355 reduced to $150 at Hamilton Jewelers online, and they are 14k white gold with 0.26 ctw of diamonds. They're quite lightweight and they're not the world's best diamonds or anything, or the sparkliest, but I really thought they were fun and cute and I'm just a girl who can't say no to a gold and diamond concotion for $150! Including tax and shipping!!! And I "need" more drop earrings anyway. I think they are very flattering.

Thanks Marcy! I love them too, and it's odd that you don't see more diamond jewellery in the shape of stars. It seems an obvious thing to encrust with diamonds!

I agree, Smith1940. I've had a few star pieces but don't own any of them anymore. I sure do look for them though. Zales had a set years ago that had baguettes and rounds and all the pieces were 1/4 ctw. I had the earrings, ring and pendant. I really liked them but since they sat in my jewelry box once I started getting other pieces I decided to sell them to fund something else.
