My friend's new new ring!!

Ok, so the long and short is- She got her engagement ring from a jeweler and then had him custom make a wrap to go with it. Well, he chipped her center stone (really bad) when he re-set it, and the wrap was just made crooked and wonky... She turned in her old gold and used some old family diamonds as side stones, and upgraded to a round (much better quality) center stone and it's FABULOUS!!! Here is a link to her old ring, and then some new pics that I snapped today. It's hard to get good pics because it's dark out and the flash makes it so sparkly!!!!

I'm usually not a fan of yellow gold, but this ring is lovely! I loved that she mixed the princess and round stones together; I bet this is one very sparkly set!

It's just awful when a jeweler gets clumsy and damages our prized possessions, but your friend's new ring is really lovely. Still, I'm sorry she had to go through that sinking feeling in her stomach.
