i just started the research so all i know those two have different color grade. are both good deal? does E and F make a noticable difference? thanks for the input!

E vs F means almost nothing. Anything "F" or higher is colorless and icy white.

Is the second diamond GIA graded? Can your retailer compare/contrast both diamonds side by side?

Do you know crown and Pavillian angles? Also, I think that the depth for diamond one is a bit high also the table is quite large aswell.

Ditto, also does the AGS diamond have an AGS cut grade?
