Ok, so please please please be kind. Not only am I probably not doing this GORGEOUS dress justice with my plus-size-ed-ness, but also it has not had any alterations yet and needs to be let out a bit--you can see how it gathers just under the bust, and it isn''t supposed to.

Also, what do you think about the fullness of the skirt? I am wondering if I can maybe add a petticoat underneath to give it a bit more fullness...? Only if I can find one very cheap, though.

ETA: Does the boutique hire out their petticoats? I hired mine from the bridal boutique. It was a full A-line crinoline hoop affair. I realise your dress isn't as A-line as mine was but there will be petticoats designed for less full skirts. I think just a little more fullness will make a big difference. I tried mine without it and thought it looked fine, then tried it WITH the underskirt and there was no question. It finished off the look perfectly.

There's always Ebay. You can purchase them for around £20.

I think a little more fullness on the bottom would be really nice if you can find a cheap crinoline or hire one from the dress shop.

i would suggest getting some crinoline underneath. my dress had some, but i added a skirt to get some more. i borrowed mine, but as suggested, eBay is a great place to find it at a decent price, plus no need to worry about what it looks like really, as long as it adds more fullness. if you feel a little "thick" on top, it can be scary to add more volume, but i think it helps balance the look out wonderfully. and i think your dress would benefit from it for sure. it took me from loving my dress to L
