Thank you for the nice compliments. I must say that I am so frustrated with trying to get a nice picture of the setting and the detail!

My ring looks so much nicer in person!!

I think I''ll try outdoors. That has seemed to work well for others.

The specs are:

2.6ct, G, VS2
The setting is platinum with about 1.5 cts of micro pave and baguettes

Thanks! It''s so nice having someone to share my love of diamonds with...not a lot of my girlfriends are quite as "into" diamonds, or I guess I should say "obsessed" with them.

I will try the macro mode...and outdoors.

Hopefully I''ll have some better pics to post shortly.

Thank you all again. I''ve had this ring about two years now. The setting was custom-made by a local jeweler for my original center stone (which I''ve had for 8 years).
