My cousin''s new e-ring!

Finally I have something to post that is not about my ring dilemmas!

My cousin got engaged on the 4th of July! She began looking for her ring back in March. She picked out the setting and told her now-finace that she wanted a round center diamond and that he could go down to H-I color and SI2 clarity.

Well, he wound up getting her a 0.84ct E, VS2. He took his sister with to the jeweler and she helped him picked out the stone. He said they brought several out to show him and he kept coming back to this one. It''s not an ideal cut, but is "very good". I have not seen it in person yet but in the two pics she sent me it looks like a very pretty diamond. The setting is bead set and has a matching wedding band. I don''t remember the total cwt; I think it''s around 0.5cwt for both the setting and the band. There is scroll work on the gallery.

I don''t know what size her finger is but it looks HUGE on her!

Found out a few more details on my cousin''s ring (I still haven''t seen it yet! Maybe this weekend!) The setting is from stuller, #120754, and has 0.50cwt bead set diamonds. I thought it was 0.50 cwt for the set, but it was just for the e-ring.

Her tiny finger is a size 4!

No wonder the ring looks so big on her! She''s only about 5''1" tall so I think it fits her perfectly.
