Hello all. First time posting pictures. Camera is not the best. Hope they come out all right. Bought these several years ago.
7.19ct Mozambique Purple Garnet:

2.54ct Pink Spinel: Excuse the blue gloves.

1.49ct Vietnamese Red Spinel:

How I LOVE when members post their collections for the first time! I adore each and every one of these stones. BUT... that grape garnet!! Magnificent. The shade, the cut, the color shift to that coveted cranberry hue, and the SIZE. Just wow.

Thanks very much for the kind words. The camera doesn't do well on reds and pinks. Especially pink. Looks too brownish. But it shows purple quite well. Maybe too well. The garnet was from All That Glitters.

This one caught my eye. Not cheap! They say. It remains open regardless of the light level. Which is extremely uncommon. Hmm.

Their stones are great i hear. But a post from a while back. I can't find the post again. Someone mentioned, maybe you. That they loved a particular stone so much. Even with a window. That would be very disappointed coming from them.

I LOVE that garnet and the zircon. I was eyeing some art deco zircon pieces, it's one of my birthstones and I'm cool toned, so it will look good on me.

Thanks! I believe at the time i bought it. It was one of the largest, or largest, one he's seen. Allen at All That Glitters is great to work with too. Highly recommend him.

I'm sure Asia Lounges stone is fantastic too. The "electric" purple as they say probably has a different glow, or whatever than mine. And if it really doesn't darken up in low light. That be amazing. But it's so expensive. Worth it? I don't have the knowledge to say.

Thank you. The garnet was from Rough2RefinedGemstones. No longer in business. The zircon was from Africa Gems. Which i believe still has a 15% off coupon (today15) going on.
