my BGD package is delayed in Customs!!

Unfortunately, mine is still delayed and nobody knows what's going on and they're not doing a thing to help!!

I've provided them with all the infor, have been calling FedEx and emailing themm and yet still nothing!! And now I'm just sitting here twiddling my thumb!

This whole 5-stone ring business has been a complete nightmare actually! I wish I'd NEVER had it done!

H.O.T, really glad to hear yours is sorted out! Can't wait to see the pics.

My God I have a new feeling of empathy for our PSers outside of the USA! International shipping is such a nightmare. I start freaking out if UPS or Fedex delays by one day, I have tracked them down in their trucks to get my stuff on more than one occasion. Here's to successful deliveries!

Oh no Phoenix, that is horrible! It will be sorted out, and with you very soon, but the anxiety in the meantime is just horrible. Hugs.

My ring just spend the weekend in Customs in London, so I know exactly how you feel. I have been using the Fed Ex tracking app for android, which DH now calls the Crazy Lady Obsessotrack App. I've been refreshing it every ten minutes since Friday evening. Mercifully, the package is on its way to me now and I hope yours will be there asap.
