My BGD halo bezel pendant

These are vendor shots, it should arrive tomorrow!

Center stone is my original engagement ring stone, engaged when we were 19. It's not cert'd, but .5 ct approx J-K SI1 in a patented cut called a "Centillion" cut - 100 facets.

The pendant is 18k white gold, set with 12 5-pointers, .6 ctw for the pendant setting.





I will admit that I looked at these shots and thought "holy bezel, batman," but I'm thinking it has to do with the strong blue reflection in the bezel. I really like how finished the BGD pendant looks, from the sides and the back, and very feminine with the milgrain.

I'm looking forward to seeing it and posting real-life pics tomorrow!

These are a good representation of color. I'm very pleased that my J-Kish mall stone center shows no tint next to the F-G melee.

On my finger, which is currently a size 8 (darned baby weight!). .5 ct center stone, the sides are 5-pointers. I haven't measured the diameter yet, but it has substantial size and presence. If this were an e-ring, I think it would be out of proportion, with the halo overwhelming the center stone, but I like it for a pendant. It's hard to tell, but the halo angles away from the center stone, so since the halo is on a slightly different plane, it's not competing with the center stone as much as it appears in 2-D pictures.

It's hard to capture sparkle and fire in a still shot, but here's my attempt. The BGD signature melee are insanely sparkly and fiery.

The pendant is a slider. I can't get my phone camera to take a picture of it, but you can look through the back at the back of the center stone (and it's sweet little "butt"). The undersides of the melee are open, as well.
