My bezel wedding set

Hi Everyone:

I thought I would post pictures of my recently reset 1 carat RB and my new wedding band. The e-ring stone is a G, SI1 - though it was purchased long ago and I have no idea of the other specs. I loved looking through all the bezel threads on PS and when I found this particular set in a local artisan''s shop (Karina Mattei in Brookline, MA) - I knew it was the one for me. The bezel itself is polished platinum and the shank is brushed. The wedding band is .50 carats beadset with milgrained edges. It''s an unusual pairing of sleek and antique - but it works for me. Hope you like it! Several pictures to follow...if I can do this right....

Hi Albicocca - I agree, it is a bit odd, but I think the brushed finish on the e-ring shank helps to bring them together.

Thanks Everyone. I can't believe how nerve wracking it is to put your rings into cyberspace and hope that a few PSers approve... yah, I know, my opinion's the only one that should matter but still...

I'm not happy with the clarity of my pictures. I'll have to try some more on a sunny day and see if I can size them properly so they're not as grainy. As you all know, the picture taking is sooo tough!

Thanks to this forum for all the great eye candy. I'll take one of each!

Beautiful set! I love the resetting. I had my original stone reset after 8 years of marriage. My husband felt that it was the stone that was the symbol and had no problem with me changing the setting.
