My Beautiful Emerald Cut 5 stone by Leon Mege''

It arrived this morning by Fed Ex. I have not been able to take my eyes off of it all day. I have taken a few photos, but I''m affraid I''m not very good at it. Even though the center stone is a J, the appraiser ranked it a high I, borderline H. Leon felt the color grading may have been a little harsh as well. It faces up really white and the flashes of light I''m seeing are gorgeous! As soon as I am able, I will post more Pricescope-worthy photos.

Center stone was purchased from WF, side stones were sourced through Leon Mege'' - Platinum "Asprey" setting.

Specs: Center - 3.24 ct emerald cut J VS2 L/W 1.46:1
Traps - .90 ctw G SI1
Bullets - .51 ctw J VS2

Total carat wgt. - 4.65

One of the photo looks kind of warm - as I am sitting in a golden-brown chair and its color is reflected in the stone! Well, I hope these post....

Thanks to all of you for your kind replies! This has been such a big deal for me. I have never owned such a significant piece of jewelry in my life!

I promise I will post more pictures tomorrow. We are supposed to have a reasonably sunny day here, so I will try to get some good sunlight shots and better close-ups.

I also want to say a great big THANK YOU to everyone here on P/S that helped me in my decision making process as well as giving friendly moral support through that process. I learned so much here. I have researched this for over a year now. I don''t know what I would have ended up with if I had not found Pricescope.
