Its a GOG signature Hearts and Arrows round just about as good as it gets. Just look on Vimeo rhino has lots of video comparisons of rounds versus AVCs you just have to look through them.

Concerning cut, fire, brilliance, scintilation, etc.. How does a Regular Cushion Cut and August Vintage cushion Cut differ from a Round Cut Diamond?

AVC''s are cut with top visual performance as a priority, so when comparing to a commercial cut quality cushion, the AVC will leave it miles behind in the majority of circumstances. With a top cut round it isn''t really comparing apples to apples, suffice to say both will offer excellent optics.
