My antique cushion solitaire has some new pals!

Got a couple new bands to (maybe) go with my E-ring. The few times I've worn my pave band with it though, have already caused some really small scratches on the horizontal bar of the basket.

But I like these new bands by themselves, too!

A "MEGEsaurus" band (Leon's antique calibre)

And a James Meyer band, too! He was also a delight to work with!

Wow! I really love both your bands! Can you tell me more about the James Meyer band? What is is made out of? There is a reflection on the photo or maybe it is unplated gold like so many of his pieces. It is lovely and delicate and looks wonderful with your ering.

The JM band is platinum. He's made one for someone here on PS before (hope she doesn't mind that I copied her band- I absolutely LOVED her set!), but he said it's the first one he's done in plat. It has a concave "scooped out" center.
