My 2 carat marquis engagement ring

My best friend proposed last night with this stunning beauty and I am so obsessed! The center stone is a little over 2 carats marquis, D colour, VVSII, very good cut. Side stones are 0.55 carat pears. I am truly blown away and touched by the thought he put into this, he researched everything and sent out a request-for-proposal to a few jewellers before buying the center stone. I originally wanted a pear center stone but I am so glad he went for a marquis instead (attached below is a comparison between the two).

I have to say. I LOVE THE ICY WHITENESS OF YOUR D center. It is just Stunning!!! It just screams white to me in the outdoor pictures. It looks amazing. And of course, having a lovely hand doesn't hurt.

You guys are the best! thank you again for the very kind praise, I showed them to my fiancé (it still sounds strange to say that!) and he is very proud of himself!!

LLJSmom - the side pears are 0.55 carats each, H colour. Fiancé can't remember other stats as he was mainly focussed on the center stone!
