My 1.94ct MRB platinum bangle

As posted in Jewellery Pieces, I have reset my mum's 1.94ct VS G/H MRB in a platinum bangle, as I do not like MRBs as rings, and do not wear pendants much nowadays (and it is a tad on the small size for my chunky neck).

It should have been finished a lot sooner, however, it was delayed due to Covid-19.

Simon Wright of London made it for me, and I am delighted with it.

I tried wearing it with my carré cut bracelet, however, it did not look right to me; therefore, I shall wear it on its own.

Good job I did away with the balls on the ends, whatever they are called, as they would definitely annoyed me when I am typing on the laptop/keyboard.

It is great to finally have it re-purposed to suit my style and needs, rather than tugged away in a drawer.

Just need to add a tennis bracelet, hopefully should be ready in a couple of months' time, then I am done for my wrist (she says!).

That is a beautiful bracelet- really nice that you got to use your mother's diamond too! I too dislike those balls or beads at the end, as they also get caught in sweater holes! Very nice on you!
