As I already mentioned on another thread, @Wink sent me the loose Diamond to inspect even before he received the check from my insurance company. He knew I really wanted it this weekend because I had a good hand model dropping by (said hand model flaked out, unfortunately, but I'm still extremely grateful to Wink for his trust and helpfulness).
I'm sure it will come as no surprise to the regulars here just how excellent this diamond is. It is PERFECTION, to be sure. Absolutely stunning. I had to use the face of my cell phone as a lightbox for the asset scope viewing, so I wasn't able to take any scope pictures. And to be honest, I'm pretty lousy at taking 'em, anyway. But looking through the asset scope I saw an absolutely perfect asset image--- bright and vivid blues, uniformly saturated reds, minimal greens. Truly magnificent. Same with the ideal scope: solid, piercing pink. I'll post a picture and a short video clip, but I have a very low-rent cell phone, so it does not do that stunning diamond Justice.
Thanks again to @Wink and @winkself they were both amazing. So if any of you are looking for the absolute best policies ( upgrades with no restrictions other than the upgrade stone being at least $1 more, a lifetime Buy-Back option where they will buy the diamond back at 80% of what you paid, no questions asked, the friendliest and most knowledgeable service you could ever hope for, etc) in the entire biz and a diamond that is the best of the best in cut, look no further than high performance diamonds.
