Oh, hun - did you see the date? October 25th and we''re trying to get vendor passes to the World Trade Center, courtesy of our lovely John Pollard!

What a knockout ring! That shade of green is TDF! Thanks for posting in the cushion halo thread, btw.

Glitterbug - thank you for taking a peek!

Dana - I''m doing a terrible job of capturing how gorgeous it is in real life, but thank you!

Alexis - the stone is from www.acstones.com and I loved working with Barbara!

Somehowcollide - I''ll make sure I bring it to the DFW GTG!

JoFlier - Thank you for your kind emoticon!

So, Lauren, you were the one who bought MY tourmaline. You will feel the weight of my displeasure.

Sorry - my evil overlord alter ego took over for a few moments!

That stone is gorgeous and looks great in the setting!

Oh my, gorgeous ring!!!

It''s gorgeous! The color is great and so is the setting!

P.S. Am I a dummy for not knowing what LOGR is? Can you please tell me what brand that is? Thanky!

If it makes you feel any better, someone else bought the pink 2.1 I had IN my basket when I bought the Mozambique . . . *sigh*

I should have bought them both at the same time.

Oh, well - I''m sure Barry will cut many more cushion-ey beauties like this one! Plenty for all of us, dear!

Thank you, thing2of2!

And no, it''s not a commonly known PS vendor, but an Ebay seller. You can check my previous threads to find out more. There are about 10 of us waiting to get the same setting.

I post the GTG threads in the Hangout, when October comes around, besure to start searching for threads with DFW in the title.

Oh, do you still have my email address? Feel free to email me and I''ll make sure I let you know via email

No, I never check Hangout. I do good to check SMTR and RockyTalky. I have your email address and Katie has mine, so one way or another, I''ll get the info.

Sigh...it''s gorgeous. You really have great taste, I love everything you''ve posted. Very yummy colour in that stone...

Spectacular ring, Lauren! The colour is yummy and the setting is so Legacylicious. Beautiful from all angles!

Lauren, your ring is stunningly beautiful. I am so impressed with the razor sharp prongs, was that something LOGR executed or your jeweler? I can''t wait to see more of your LOGR settings.

SERIOUSLY----- GROUP SHOT!!!! All your pretties in one place for us to look at! You''ve got such a great collection!

Just gorgeous - what a beautiful color!

Your ring is absolutely gorgeous. What an incredible shade of green.
36.gif

that green is just amazing! it really has so many hues within it - really, really beautiful! it made me stop and think "that is what green is supposed to be!"

Hey Lauren, can I ask you about your ring, did your jeweller have to "dig out" the prongs to seat your stone?
It turns out (well, I have been told by a couple of cutters), that the 4mm depth of this setting is too shallow to set a well cut gem, and mine was just shipped today !
Do you have any thoughts on this? I don''t want end up with a setting I can''t find a gem for, LOL !
