Thanks to PS, I discovered my love for old cuts especially OECs (thanks to @mochiko42 for showing me yours when we met up in HK in 2015!).
If I were to buy another earth-mined diamond, it would be an OEC and had one in my bling wish list for ages to add to my right hand ring collection of 2 with a 0.47ct and a 1.19ct emerald cut rings.
Although I could probably afford to get a bigger stone, however, I do not wish to get one bigger than my 1.19ct EC as that stone/ring is the one to rule them all for sentimental reasons.
The 1.94ct MRB that my mum gave to me that I repurposed into a bangle does not count as I did not use my own money to buy it.
Thanks to more gainful employment in the last few months which meant I have a few spare pennies for blings, I finally pulled the trigger and bought a 0.86ct OEC from Ivy and Rose. The listing photo shows a visible culet and petals that I like (I had trawled through many OECs to discover I like visible culet and big petals):

The EGL certificate:

I&R is setting it for me in a simple Gypsy setting in Platinum (thanks Amanda for your help and being patient with me with the stone purchase and setting), and here are the CADs, first set on the left, revised on the right - reason for the revision was to increase the width of the shank as narrow shank at the top does not suit my fleshy finger:

This is the rough drawing I made to send to I&R with an increased in width of the shank:

After receiving the revised set of CADS, I needed to check if there is an access to clean the stone underneath as I could not see it in the CADs, and there is:

That's another box ticked for my bling wish list, and I shan't be getting another earth-mined diamond to be set in a ring, as I know I will not be able to afford a 1ct deep pink heart cut earth-mined diamond unless I win big money in the lottery, therefore, LGD it will have to be!
I shall post ring pics when I have the ring in hand, hopefully soon!
Thanks PS for leading me down the rabbit hole of OECs, and PSers for sharing my OEC journey!!!
