Well we went to the jewelry store in town to try on rings. They actually had one of those chain link ones he liked for him to try on. They also had a square ring that he was in love with. So I think that's what he wants now. Problem is they were charging an arm and a leg. The ring he liked was round but had raised lines that made the ring more square. If that makes sense imagine squarish sheets of gold running though a regular round ring. Anyways can anyone help me find some square rings to show him. Also, can some places make a round design square?

The closest thing I could find so far is this

But he doesn't seem interested. He also likes dented hammered ones.

Help!

Yeah, get him a rubber O-ring in the correct size until he makes up his mind. Or one of those rings with gears that he can play with until he makes up his mind.

He seems pretty resolved at this point, now that he's tried them on. He wants a squarish one.

Its just my pipe dream wishing he still liked the chain one

He does want to wear it or else o wouldn't be buying anything. We don't have to have it in the wedding just for appearances or something like that. But he really wants one. In gold. So it will cost a bit.

I like that a lot but I know he would hate it. He hates all the men's rings I show him

He's got large fingers and he wants something 7mm or thicker. I'm thinking of ordering the ring I first posted and just having him try it. I really think he would like it more than be suspects.

Not sure of your budget, but I do highly recommend etsy vendor Raven's Refuge - http://www.etsy.com/shop/RavensRefuge?ref=ss_profile - Dan is highly skilled and a perfectionist - everything they make is of the highest quality and perfectly finished.

square-type bands - http://www.etsy.com/shop/RavensRefu...r=date_desc&view_type=gallery&ref=shop_search

two-tone bands - http://www.etsy.com/shop/RavensRefu...r=date_desc&view_type=gallery&ref=shop_search

It might be worthwhile to shoot them an email requesting a quote on a band for your husband, specifying your chosen width and thickness, in your chosen shape, in your preferred metal(s).

IMHO, that JA band is really quite appealing and well-priced - but especially with wider band-type rings (and any ring meant to be worn daily/regularly), I do prefer a comfort-fit finish on the inside of the shank.
