So, I don’t know about you, but my mom has always loved diamond rings (guess I know where I get it from), so she always had more then one “engagement ring”. My husband knew this going into our marriage, of course. So he knew this was gonna be inevitable. Lol
Here is my original set. I. Loooove how classic it is. I think I’ve posted this before.
And as much as I love classics, I’ve always wanted a non solitaire, non round diamond ring. We had almost gone with a pear halo as an original set, AND I almost went with pink diamonds shared prong band And an original wedding band. So when this ring came up on Loup troop, I HAD to have it. Now, introducing my newest second set. A very white diamond pear with a pink diamond halo in rose gold. I got it a little while back from a pricescoper.... sorry, I can’t remember the name, but “hi there” and “thank you!”. I finally found a band that went PERFECTLY with it thanks to Leibish. An alternating round and marquis shape band where the marquis part is made with 3 fancy pink diamonds.
and of course. Who can forget a right hand ring! This marquis is one of my mothers engagement rings that she handed down. First image was the original setting. It was tooooo engagement-like for a right hand, so I had it reset, bezel set marquis with small pears on either side.
