I know that I posted about my ring before but the more time I spend with it the more I realize that I am completely insane about this diamond and about WF. I read about WF and BGD on the forums and was looking for the best bang for my buck. I didn’t know a lot about the diamonds but knew that I wanted to have the best cut. I was working with BGD and although I have heard about how great they are wasn’t impressed with the service I received. I called WF to see about another stone and they were like dreams come true. I worked with Traci and she made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I ended up with my freaking gorgeous stunner that makes me want to scream every time I look at it. I am not kidding. I will give people directions just to have them look at my hand; I don’t even care if they are not right directions.. I ended up with a 2.271 ct H SI1. It is totally eyeclean and I couldn’t be more freaking pleased with the diamond, the perfection of the ACA and the perfection of my entire experience with WF. From start to finish, I have never been as IMPRESSED with a company as a whole. I worked with so many people there, Traci, Renee, Vera and all I can say is that they are truly good hearted people who care more about the customer than the bottom line. I will sing their praises forever because they run a business the way it should be run with the focus being on the overall experience and satisfaction of the customer. They are genuine and I know that they are not ‘fluffing’ up the company to try to sell me on anything but a proven, great product. I am another elated customer and will be a lifelong one at that.
