Hello all,

after immersing myself in diamond lore I have determined that this diamond seems to be the best "bang for my buck"

http://img.bluenile.com/is/image/certs/?src={/1969/GIA2106446264_zoom.jpeg}&fmt=pdf

what do you think? (will be the centre of pavé set platinum ring)

cheers

Looks promising from the numbers.

Yep, ditto stone (not that he needs it). Do you know if it is eye-clean since it is an SI1?

Hi Moosey

The diamond has potential from the numbers, one thing though and this is important - ask your BN rep to find out whether the grade setting cloud inclusion/s are impacting performance. They should be able to find this out for you or get an independant appraiser to check the diamond out during the return period.

Thanks for your answers everyone. Regarding the SI1 cloud issue, I asked the BN rep to verify with the distributor that the stone was indeed eyeclean. She later informed me that they had confirmation that it was "100 percent eye-clean" - I am assuming that they took the request seriously otherwise they would be getting a lot of returns in their 30 day return period...

Ok that sounds fine, you could get an independant appraisal during the return period to make absolutely sure if you wished, here is the appraiser tool.
