Moisannite on eBay

Pertinent to our recent thread on Moisannite looking like diamonds...found this on a search for cushion cut stones. I have never seen Moisannite in person but the pictures DO look very similar to diamonds. I also found their chart on hardness of Moisannite vs diamonds very interesting.

Keep in mind that the Moh's scale is not linear. "9.25" just means "slightly harder than corundum." Diamond is still about four times harder than Moissanite. It's far harder than anything else, so much so that, compared to diamond, the differences between Moissanite and corundum, topaz, beryl, etc., are almost meaningless.

Ahh thanks for clarifying...on the scale of 1-10, 9.25 looked impressive, but if it is not linear that means nada!
