Mixing Diamond & CZs?

I''''ve noticed from posts some people alternate their jewelry between CZs and diamonds. Just curious, are they that indiscernable?

Maybe the good ones are? The non-custom made cr@p I've seen would never pass...but the interlap and asha sims seem to look real. Can't say from personal experience though...maybe someone with an interlap or asha will post!!
