I finally have time to upload pictures of my DIY invitations, months after they have been completed! lol I have to apologize as I only have low quality iPhone pictures while my camera is out of commission. So without further ado....

Supplies
*The Pocket Folds (Metallic Onyx), Invitation Mats (gold leaf), and Custom Printing were all purchased at www.cardsandpockets.com .
*My sister in law designed the invitations and then my sister and myself glittered them all up with Martha Stewart glitter (smokey quartz).
*We applied the Invitation Mats and Invitations with Staples brand permanent glue tape, we ended up having to buy approximately 15 cartridges for 75 invitations, luckily they are not very expensive.

I was really happy with how the invitations turned out and even though it was A LOT of work we saved a lot of money doing it ourselves. I was very proud of them when they were sent out. It took us about a week to complete, working in the evenings. We have been getting *SO* many wonderful compliments about them too! I couldn't be more impressed with the service at Cardsandpockets, I dealt with Bonnie and she was very prompt in answering my questions and getting my samples and orders to me in a timely manner. If we were having a bigger wedding I am not sure I would have tackled this DIY project but because of our smaller guestlist I felt it was well worth the time and effort.

These look great. What sort of printer did you use?

Beautiful...I love the font you used too. :appl: :appl: :appl:

I've been searching all over for a nice script font that doesn't make Isaac's "I" look like a "J" or a "T" or something else.

Thank you! I used the Custom Printing from Cardsandpockets.com. I just e-mailed them a PDF of my Invitation, RSVP and Response Card and they gave me a proof, sent a sample and then I went ahead and ordered! :)

Thank you very much! I used the font Chopinscript and carried it throughout the theme of the wedding - on invites, menu, programs, escort cards, guestbook box etc. I fell in love with it the moment I saw it, I too wanted a font that didn't make questionable J's and S's. lol
