So this is what my engagement ring looks like I want to get a channel set band since I will be wearing everyday and I want the security. Will these work together. I don't have a picture at the moment of the two together. Any help would be appreciated.

This is just my opinion but to me the band looks more modern than how the side stones are set on the engagement ring. It almost looks like they could be bead set. So I would say if they are bead set as opposed to channel set like the band, you would be better off to get a band that is bead set as well to compliment or at least smaller stones so that they don't compete.

It might be hard to find something that will work without being able to physically hold it and see how they will sit though.

I think the channel set band is fine since it is not a bulky ring or bead set would also be fine. Both have metal edges to protect the diamonds.

Are bead sets secure? I plan on always wearing my wedding band don't want to lose diamonds

I haven't had a problem with mine, granted I don't consider myself hard on jewelry so if you are then the channel setting might be more secure.
