Mikimoto Morning Dew pendant

Today is my 30th birthday, and last night during the party we hosted, my Mom gave me a Mikimoto "Morning Dew" pendant--my first Mikimoto piece!

Specs:
8mm, A+ Akoya pearl (rosé white, I believe? It's not listed--and I'm far from a pearl expert--but that's what it looks like to me.)
0.12 of diamonds, G, VS2
18k white gold setting

The thing that's incredible to me is that this pearl is "only" A+ grade. I have a princess strand of white cultured pearls from a PS vendor that are lovely, but this Mikimoto pearl blows the pearls on my strand out of the water with its luster. I can't imagine what AA or AAA pearls must look like!
