There is a whole generation who wouldn't know those sounds :mrgreen2:

Haha this brings up unpleasant memories. I never mastered the art of typing. But if it had been presented as this perhaps I would have enjoyed it more.

Well, your typing looks perfect to me. :)
I took touch typing in high school.
It's turned out to be a very very valuable skill.

LOL yes brings back LOTS of memories. I'm a touch typist, I pretty much destroy most modern keyboards, so I have a stock of IBM Model M's on hand.

Thank you kind sir. Haha compared to my handwriting I’m a positive whiz with typing. As in if you look up the word illegible in the dictionary missy’s handwriting will be the top example. :)

I used to love the sound of typing class. Ninth grade was all manual typewriters with blank keys. Then 10th and up were big monstrous electric ones. It definitely made me a good typist.

I was hoping to hear an entire piece played (without someone talking over it) that I could identify. I did not recognize any. During World War II my father was in The Signal Corps. In the 1950's when I was a child, Morse code was still running through his body all the time. He would tap his fingers and say "dit dit de da dit" and all kinds of combinations all the time. That was music to me. :))

Of course he was a very, very fast typist. He typed all my term papers for me when I was in college and grad school.
