I am looking to purchase 28 melee stones, each 0.05 carats for sapphire earrings.
My jeweler recommended that I consider F/G color and SI1 clarity (eye clean for that size), ideal cut stones. Any comments on color/clarity for the earrings? For sapphire, I picked emerald cut, 1.57 each and diamonds will go around.
I have contacted WF for info. Are there any other vendors I should consider? Someone suggested that I consider Lazar Kaplan melee. Has anyone had any experience with Lazar Kaplan melee?
