Melee Diamond Supplier's?

Hello guys! Not sure if im posting this in the right area, but im a beginner gold smith in Ontario Canada and am having some trouble sourcing a reliable melee diamond supplier! Im looking for single and full cut diamonds at a fair price, ive been considering karen rosengart! She seems to have Quailty stones at reasonable prices! i was also woundering if theres any extra fees ill have to pay shipping loose stones over the border!
