How does this stone look? I am worried about the flourescense because I do not want the stone to ever look milky.

examine the stone in sunlight - you will know immediately if it looks oily or milky. You should be fine. I am a huge fan of fluor. (blue) - wouldn't buy a stone without it. It may even have the h color face up to g.
