Measurements? Tiffany 2 tone lucida band ring 6mm?

I was wondering if anyone knew the height/thickness of the Tiffany Lucida two tone band ring in the 6mm width? Or even the 4mm thickness would be helpful.

Also, if anyone knows the widths of the platinum v gold that would also be great.

Can't find the link to the 6mm but this is the 4mm.

I have tried to email but they won't tell me the specifications.

We have already tried the ring on but I need to get it custom made as I like the rose gold and platinum but unfortunately Tiffany don't make the 6mm in rose gold, only yellow. So trying to get as much information as possible so the custom design is as similar as possible.
