My GF has indicated the setting she really likes which is a 18K white gold ring with about 0.6cttw of round channel set diamonds on either side of the center stone. The side stones are E VS1 stones but the center stone I was planning on using is a 1.5 ct G SI2. I really can''t afford a similar sized stone in a E color - are those going to look ok next to each other??

Thanks!

Assuming they are both reliably graded, you should not worry about it at all.

My center stone is an SI2 I and my side stones are all SI1-2 G-H and I can''t see a difference in color between any of them. They all face up nice and white.

You should be just fine!

you won''t see a bit of difference! I put my F stone next to my H/I stones in my wedding band and I can''t see a difference between *any* of them except maybe a slight warmth from the I stones from the side view only.
