Hey out there! Are there any die hard marquise diamond fans?? I am in love with the shape...(of course, I love ALL diamonds, but prefer marquise shapes)!! I would LOVE to see pics of those with this shape on their rings!!

I have a princess cut right now but this is my next ring (in 10 years). Also, look at the micro pace collection www.dirtcheapdiamonds.com, they have some pretty marquise rings. Enjoy!

This is true for me, too. Forte, your ring is the perfect example of how it''s not about the shape of the stone, it''s about the whole package. You ring is absolutely stunning.

P.S. I can''t believe what a SCREAMING deal you got on it! Oh my God! I mean, that thing cost the same as my little platinum diamond wedding band! Unbelievable.

This is my original e-ring/w-band from when we got married 10 years ago!! Although I''ve recently gotten an upgrade, I still wear this set as it still holds much sentimental value to me...

My Marquise!
That''s pretty Angel and welcome!

Oh wow! I never realized how much could be done with a marquise. I love the way they are long and lean, and kidna short and stubby. I thought this ring was fun!

Or these earrings...I know neither of the two peices are diamonds....but sometimes fashion jelwery can be spiffy too. Plus I am just so excited I finally got a pciture to upload!

You know, asymmetrical earrings that are identical really bother me! Okay, that doesn''t make too much sense... lets try that again. I meant to say that I like my earrings to mirror each other. If one curves into me, i''d like the other one to curve into me as well, not curve away to match the other earring.

Is anyone else like that? Or am I just neurotic?

Those are lovely earrings, btw. I just wished one of them would flip around!

Oh I love the Marquise, it''s just gorgeous. Unfortuneatly I didn''t try one on until after I got my round brilliant. It''s a shame because the Marquise looked perfect for my hand shape, much more flattering than the round brilliant. Too late, I''m thinking of getting one for my right hand though!

MaryAlaina pleeds the case of the marquise very well

HERE

A one carat marq holds it''s ground very well between a two carat pear and a two carat round... on Mary''s hand

Fortekitty sometimes you get what you pay for they are 5cts each and in sterling and cost about 16$....cute though.
