man''s ring - where can i find this? who sells this?

does anyone know who sells a man''s ring that is similar in design to this ring in the photo?
the ring in the photo is 10mm wide with about a 80 pointer diamond.
i am interested in who sells such settings (w/o the diamond)

This was actually the ring used for inspiration in my WF 3 stone ring.
