Man''s Band Size

Sorry about this but I''m rephrasing the question I posted recently.

Are men''s plain platinum wedding bands trending toward a thinner or thicker look? My fiance has thick muscular hands (10 1/2 ring size)?

Personally I think the thicker band looks better on a man. Especially if he's got thick hands, and long fingers. My husband also has larger, strong hands, and the go between of the thick, and thin is what we chose, as he doesn't have long fingers. I'm guessing, but I believe we chose a 6mm band.

Just my 2 cents...

I think unless a man has large hands with considerably long fingers, a 4mm to 5mm band looks best. My husband has nice masculine hands, but his fingers aren't very long. So I think his 6mm band looks too wide, like it takes up too much of his finger.

That's not really the "trend" you were looking for, but thought some additional opinions might help.
