Finding a quality independent diamond appraiser in the heart of NYC is harder than you think. I am so happy that I found Manhattan Appraisers, from the first phone call to my appointment everyone was very professional and great to deal with. Justin was very knowlegeable and able to answer the many questions I had. Bill (who I sat with for my appointment) was kind and explained to me every step of the process as he appraised my ring.
