Lots of pictures forthcoming, hehe.
This is the malaya I bought a little while ago, I sent it to Kyleannemetals on etsy, and she set it in this cute little ring for me :)

I''ve currently got the itch for a Malaya garnet much like yours.

BTW your pad is TDF! LOVE IT!

Love it - gorgeous!!

ooh it looks so pretty in that setting. In the first few photos, it looks like a padparadscha!

Kyelannemetals from etsy was fantastic :) I supplied the stone, and she did the rest, it cost about 25$ excluding shipping! I thought it was a great price :)

Here''s some more pics of the darker pink.

Sweet ring, gorgeous!

Thanks!
I"m definitely going back to Kyle anne for any future simple ring projects :) She does great work, and super fast! And I love the little beads of the band, they make the ring look so sweet and delicate and different.
Here''s her shop on etsy: http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=6926984

I''m very happy how this ring turned out, I just wanted something simple, fun, and cheap, hehe.

It''s really pretty! Not a bad price for the setting, wow.

great price for such a cute ring!

Thanks! Gotta love Etsy! :)
The stone was only 80$, and I didn''t know how much I''d like wearing it since I wasn''t sure about the color. So I wanted a cheap but cute setting, and this seemed lovely!

Now that I''m wearing it, I really get to see how it sparkles, and I''m liking it more and more! It totally holds its own against my diamond in terms of sparkliness!!

Oh I love it, it is so cute and it sure sparkles. I love the color.

Speaking of sparkle, I took some pics of it stacked on my diamond e-ring (which I really should have cleaned before taking pics, eek it's dirty!). The garnet definitely holds its own! heh, sorry my hand is so shaky!

GORGEOUS! I love how delicate it is! Adorable!

Beautiful!!

Very pretty!!!!

Lovely!

Wow that color change is really cool! I love how clearly you can see the facets too!

What a cute and affordable fun piece. Is it silver? I like the little "bumps" on the shank because they add a little something to the overall look.

Yes, it's silver :) She called it her "beaded" band style, they do just look like tiny beads making up the band, very cute :)

It's silly, but I love putting my hand in and out of my study to see the color change, lol. My study has fluro bulbs, but the hallway is incandescent. So it goes "gold, pink, gold, pink"...hehe...

Oh, and my pad setting shipped today!!!

Very cute and I really like the garnet!

Great ring looks gorgeous! And the price is fantastic!

Yeah, gotta love ebay and etsy, they make a great combo :)
I can''t imagine trying to buy gems back in the day of no internet...yikes!
