Making progress with my next Leon purchase

I mentioned a while ago that I was going to have a sapphire ring reset by Leon. Well, that didn''t work out for one reason or another so I thought I''d just start from scratch. Here''s a pic of the sapphire I picked out with the traps Leon found for me. I have no idea when it will be completed (I know, it''s torture) but I am hoping no later than mid September. He sent me this pic about 2 weeks ago. The sapphire is 3.24cts, AGTA certified.

No offense taken, Linda. I wish I''d saved the pics from simpysapphires.com - it''s a really nice stone. No windows that I could see and I had quite a good chat with John about 3 stones that I was considering. This one was his top choice. I''ll have to see if I did save any of his pics.............off to look!

I LOVE the traps! This ring is going to be pheonomonal! I can''t wait to see hand shots!

Just like you, he helped me pick the most perfect sapphire of many that I had looked at. I will have it set by Leon also......... great minds think alike!
