Storm, it''s very seldom you disappoint me, but this is definitely below you. I realize that you are not a fan of President-elect Obama, but come on, give the guy a chance.

I''m not American, but happened to be on vacation in Florida the day that the US invaded Iraq (based on incorrect information!). There was security present even in the airport from which I departed in Canada. I understood the necessity of that at the time, but was horrified that President Bush was re-elected for a second term "to finish the job". It''s far from finished as I type and too many innocent people have been mutilated or killed needlessly.

I''m hoping that Barack Obama will be able to stabilize the US somehow, and get the US moving forward - a daunting task at the very least.

I won''t ask what it''s based on, because I bet I already know - but I do wish people would base their opinions on someone''s actions and policies rather than rumors about their alleged "secret beliefs" or "hidden agenda."

not a penny he allready spent to much of my money when he was a il senator.
Now he is gonna spend even more and your grandkids money along with it.
