Make and Cut? Same?

I am rather confused, the ''make'' is IDEAL but the ''cut'' is VERY GOOD. Aren''t they the same thing?

Make is brilliance.com's own definition. That stone is definitely nothing ideal about it. Total depth is too great, crown and pavilion depth are not complimentary, cut solely to get to the 0.90c mark where there is a jump in $/carat to get better return for the cutter.
