Zoe, we were married in Waldoboro which just over an hour north of Portland. When/where are you getting married? Indeed it is beautiful there! One word of advice: bring bug spray!! And use it! you wont want to be itchy and splotchy for your wedding! We had lots of bug spray for our guests whcih was good durring the day. We were lucky because there was a light breeze that night which blew the bugs away.

We''re getting married on July 12th in York, about 5-10 minutes from the beach. The venue is a restaurant that just happens to be a popular place for weddings also. Thanks for the bug spray tip!
