Lucida diamond ring

Hello - like a previous post earlier today - i am interested in the Lucida cut/setting. Does anyone know if there is a jewelery shop in Manhattan, NYC that sells a copy of Tiffany's Lucida? I am a bit nervous about the Internet and the Diamond District... i am looking for 1 ct. or so. Thanks!
